The venue gates will open at 4:30pm - please be onsite and find your seat by 5:00pm, as the ceremony will start right on time.

The ceremony will take place at 5:00pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

Join us for dinner, drinks and celebrating until 9:00pm! Shuttles will be available at 9pm to escort guests back to Best Bet Motor Lodge.

Join us back at the Best Bet for a cozy fireside hang - think leftover drinks, late-night bites, and family catch up. A little wind-down before everyone heads off on their next adventure in the morning. Pajamas are encouraged, especially since most of us will be steps away from our rooms!

A complimentary shuttle to the venue begins at 4:15 PM, as venue parking is limited.
IF YOU'RE NOT STAYING AT BEST BET MOTOR LODGE
No room key needed - you’re still on the guest list! Come say hello and hop on the complimentary shuttle. There’s plenty of parking at the hotel, plus the overflow lot next door (with hotel permission).
Prefer to head straight to the venue?
Please park at Sierra Water Gardens across the street. Look for the metal gate and the sign for “The Hytch.” Parking at the venue itself will be limited.
